Christmas at The Sailor’s Home Museum

Snow falls on the windowsill outside. On the street nearby, people take cover against the blowing winds and snow with warm mittens and big scarves. In the warm air of the main room, the scent of buns, gingerbread and spruce twigs lingers. Children are playing by the stove.

The Sailor’s Home Museum dresses up in a warm christmas costume for the entire Christmas season. The museum windows are decorated, and you may admire them from the street even outside the regular operating hours. The interior of the museum will also be decorated, and you may visit the museum in December from Wednesday to Sunday from 12.00 to 18.00.
